This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Conditions of use:
Only individuals who are 18 years or older are recommended to use our products. Minors 17 and younger must have parental consent before purchasing scribes, stitch unpickers and letter opener products available on this platform. It is our responsibility to ensure a safe and appropriate online environment for all users, and we take this matter seriously. We reserve the right to ask for a simple declaration at checkout that you are of age to purchase these items.
We appreciate all buyers understanding and compliance with these terms, as they are designed to protect both buyers and the integrity of our platform. If buyers have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Liability:
Products sold by JP Craft Studio LLC are of a handcrafted nature and can include sharp and small parts such as our pokey tool/scribes, stitch unpickers and letter openers. These are intended for adult use and not suitable for minors under 18 years of age.
Our range of keychains and beaded pens are also intended for adult use as again they contain small parts and beads which can be a choking hazard to a small child. As with products of this nature it is not recommended to give to children under the age of 10 yeas of age and buyers do so at their own risk.
None of the products we handcraft are toys and under no circumstances should they ever be put it the mouth or chewed on.
JP Craft Studio LLC accepts no liability for misuse or dismantling of our products after they have been shipped to buyers.
Returns & Refunds policy
We take immense pride in the quality of our work and aim to have no returns as we are a small business and every sale matters but if you need to return something you purchased to us, below is our policy.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 10 days
The goods are in the original packaging and undamaged, free from dirt, hair etc.
Any freebies/gifts received with the order must also be returned
A 15% restocking fee will be levied to cover administration, time and merchant credit fees which are not recredited to our business even when refund is issued by us. As a small business we simply cannot be out of pocket for any "buyer regret" returns
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of customized goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned. This includes, but not limited to items covered with animal hair or items that are dirty, scuffed,damaged, obviously used and not in the same pristine condition and packaging they were received by the buyer.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Monthly subscription & mystery boxes if you don't like the contents, sorry no returns, they are after all mystery boxes you take a chance on liking.
Sale and clearance items, as stated at time of purchase, all these type of sales are final.
Gift Cards
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods:
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address: Please contact us for return authorization code and address to send goods. Goods must be return shipped to us no later than 3 business days after we authorize return, otherwise sale is final.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.
Once returned goods are inspected and if accepted for return, a refund, minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee, will be made promptly by the original payment method used.
Damaged Goods:
If any item is initially received damaged in transit you must keep all packaging and send us an email detailing what is damaged along with a couple of pictures of damage so we can assess if a claim can be made with the postal service. We can then decide between us a satisfactory outcome. If you discard packaging etc it will be difficult to file a claim with USPS so could jeopardise any refund.
Defective Items:
JP Craft Studio LLC will remedy any items with manufacturing defects or order fulfillment errors. We scrutinize every single item that goes out to avoid this situation but if you receive a defective item please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
